This isn’t a hand-off role. It’s a full-cycle, consultative sales position where you’ll sell specialist recruitment solutions to clients in Finance, Legal & Banking businesses across Malta - driving real impact from first contact to signed contract.

What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year in a B2B sales role (SDR, BDR, Lead Gen, Appointment Setter, Outbound Sales)
- Proven success in hitting targets and driving pipeline growth
- Experience selling services or consultative solutions (preferred but not essential)
- Hunger for leadership and building something meaningful
- EU Passport and willingness to build a career in Malta
Compensation : Base salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus – Average Total Compensation for year 1 €38k+ / Year 2 €52k+
