About the Role
The Overseas Service Manager oversees end‑to‑end after‑sales operations in international markets, covering service network management, customer experience, spare parts supply, technical support, and warranty compliance. This role ensures efficient, standardized, and high‑satisfaction after‑sales services to support global business growth and brand reputation
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the after-sales service network, including the management of facilities, equipment, tools, personnel, and service processes;
- Responsible for handling customer complaints and managing customer satisfaction;
- Responsible for managing the automotive parts, including procurement, spare parts logistics, warehouse management, and spare parts sales;
- Responsible for managing the technical support, including technical training, online and on-site technical support, and quality feedback;
- Responsible for managing the warranty, submitting warranty application in time, and ensuring warranty document and warranty old parts according to the requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven working experience in automotive after‑sales service, overseas service management, or related roles
Required Skills
- Profound knowledge of automotive after‑sales systems, service processes, spare parts management, and warranty policies
- Strong cross‑cultural communication and negotiation skills; fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent customer complaint handling and customer satisfaction improvement capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience in building or optimizing automotive after‑sales service networks
- Technical background in automotive maintenance or diagnosis
