Outstanding English Teacher Wanted: Join our Creative Team in Monza!
Are you a high-caliber educator who brings "magic" to the classroom? We are looking for an exceptional, creative English Teacher (Native-level or C2) to join our Monza (near Milan) headquarters this September. If you believe teaching is an art form and have the energy to inspire the next generation, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer
A Collaborative Community: You won’t just be a teacher; you’ll be the heart of our school, actively participating in events and building a vibrant, immersive English-speaking community.
Full‑Time Commitment: 25 hours per week (Monday to Saturday, max 5 days per week) with flexible shifts.
Professional Growth: Join an environment that truly values your expertise and encourages the continuous evolution of your teaching skills.
The Creative Challenge: Your Mission
Innovate & Inspire: Design high-energy lessons that mesmerize our kids (4‑12). You will masterfully mix pedagogical content with Interactive Whiteboards (IWB), digital platforms, hands‑on crafts, and interactive games.
The Magic of Performance: Bring language to life through movement songs, performing arts and drama-based activities.
Master the Method: Seamlessly blend your artistic flair with the Young Learners Cambridge English Qualifications.
Drive Results: Leverage your expertise in TPR (Total Physical Response) to ensure a natural, movement-based, and effective learning journey.
What You’ll Need To Join Us
Language & Certs: Native‑level/C2 proficiency + TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (or higher).
Experience: At least 2 years post‑certification, managing both mini-groups and individual students.
Education & Legal: A University Degree is mandatory (Degrees in Arts, Drama, or Music are highly preferred). A valid EU Work Permit and A2 Italian proficiency are required.
The "Magic" Touch: Flexibility, independence, and a genuine spark for working with children.
How to Apply We are looking for truly motivated candidates who are passionate about creative teaching. To move forward in our selection process, your application must include more than just a CV.
Please Send Us
Your CV & Cover Letter: including a recent photo.
The "60‑Second" Video: a short clip in which you introduce yourself and briefly describe your most recent experience working with children.
Please note that the School will support your move to Italy by assisting with administrative formalities, arranging airport pick-up upon your arrival in Milan, as well as helping you find suitable and affordable accommodation near the School.
Only candidates meeting all the above requirements will be considered. Applications consisting of only a CV will not be reviewed—we want to see your creative spark in action!
