In this EU Outlet Planner role, you drive budgeting, range building, and product trading for the EU Outlet, shaping the assortment to meet sales, gross margin, and stock targets. You collaborate with Buying, Retail, VM and Store teams to influence planning strategy and unlock growth. The position involves trading analysis, weekly and seasonal planning, and inventory management to optimize availability and profitability. Responsibilities

• Lead weekly trade meetings and analyze topline and SKU performance to drive actionable insights
• Recommend weekly promotional and clearance actions based on performance and investments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and future growth
• Own end-of-month and end-of-year analyses to recap trading and inform forward planning
• Coordinate with allocation on weekly distribution forecasts at category and SKU level
• Own EUME Outlet line cards, flag risks and opportunities, and propose promotional actions
• Identify opportunities to improve sales through stock transfers or reorders
• Support budgeting by category/location and monthly forecast reviews
• Oversee outlet inventory management, assess risks against stock targets, and influence stakeholders for solutions
• Manage aged stock and propose exit strategies to liquidate inventory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of merchandise planning experience in luxury/premium fashion
• Minimum 5 years in a similar planning role, preferably in Outlet
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with multiple currencies
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
