Remote Customer Support & Outbound Sales for French-Speaking Freelancers (100% Remote)
Are you looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity? We are looking for French-speaking freelance agents for email-based customer support and outbound sales for both international and local companies.
What We Offer

Daytime shifts only, Monday to Friday
No phone calls or selling for the customer support role email only
Fully paid training
Long-term and stable collaboration
Additional opportunities in Outbound Sales
Work only with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
Ideal for professionals with experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service

Requirements
French language level C1 (written and spoken)
English level B2
Freelance status with the ability to issue invoices
Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and professionalism
Reliability, organization, and ability to work independently
Result-oriented mindset (for sales positions)

Training is fully provided
VAT registration required after max 30 days
