Location: EMEA Hub
Department: Logistics
Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager

This is a fixed‑term contract of one year, potentially convertable into a permanent role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily shipments and delivery preparations across the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate with external logistics partners to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Oversee customs clearance for non‑EU shipments.
  • Create and manage deliveries in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional EMEA teams to maintain client SLAs.
  • Monitor and evaluate transport providers to ensure high service quality.
  • Analyze courier options to select the most efficient and cost‑effective solutions.
  • Partner with the Planning team to align on shipment volumes and provide proactive feedback.
  • Lead the annual RFQ process for transport supplier selection.
  • Verify courier invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

Success Looks Like

  • Support Supply Chain projects through data‑driven analysis and reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights that improve logistics performance.
  • Identify and implement process and system enhancements that boost efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Background in logistics, accounting, or socio‑economics, and/or relevant certifications are a plus.
