Department: Logistics
Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager
This is a fixed‑term contract of one year, potentially convertable into a permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipments and delivery preparations across the EMEA region.
- Coordinate with external logistics partners to guarantee seamless operations.
- Oversee customs clearance for non‑EU shipments.
- Create and manage deliveries in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional EMEA teams to maintain client SLAs.
- Monitor and evaluate transport providers to ensure high service quality.
- Analyze courier options to select the most efficient and cost‑effective solutions.
- Partner with the Planning team to align on shipment volumes and provide proactive feedback.
- Lead the annual RFQ process for transport supplier selection.
- Verify courier invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
Success Looks Like
- Support Supply Chain projects through data‑driven analysis and reporting.
- Provide actionable insights that improve logistics performance.
- Identify and implement process and system enhancements that boost efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Background in logistics, accounting, or socio‑economics, and/or relevant certifications are a plus.
