Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optician / Shop Manager at MOSCOT located in Forte dei Marmi. Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, leading and motivating the team, ensuring excellent customer service and a superior customer experience, and achieving sales and performance targets. The Co-Shop Manager will also oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and operational processes to align with MOSCOT’s brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as an optician
- Fluency in Italian and English (both oral and written)
- Previous experience in retail/eyewear
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Store Management and Operations Management to oversee daily store functions and meet operational goals
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to create a welcoming and high-quality shopping environment
- Leadership abilities combined with collaborative teamwork skills.
