OT Security Engineer

Description:

The OT Security Engineer is responsible to ensure the technical implementation on all the KWs of the four streams of the shopfloor security program: visibility, segmentation, hardening, and supplier assessment.

This role involves working with specialized tools and techniques to protect industrial systems and ensure operational continuity.

Activities:

• Ensure full coverage of relevant OT networks and systems using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and factory-specific security tools (Claroty).
• Train and collaborate with SOC and KW engineering teams to ensure visibility and response coverage (Analyze alerts and logs to identify potential threats or anomalies, Maintain and tune detection rules and threat intelligence feeds relevant to OT)
• Act as escalation point to investigate and respond to OT-specific incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Support forensic analysis and root cause investigations in OT environments.
• Document incidents, response actions, and lessons learned.
• Design and conduct specific training and awareness programs for SOC personnel and local IT support.
• Travel to KW sites on a regular basis.
