Mandatory skill required:

• ISA-88 batch concepts and control design (physical + procedural model)
• PLC/DCS/SCADA configuration and design (PCS7 / DeltaV / TIA-Portal)
• GMP automation experience (pharma/biotech)
• Validation / CSV support: FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and execution
• GAMP5 knowledge (and working under GxP-compliant delivery)
• IT/OT convergence experience in modular manufacturing operations
• OT cybersecurity compliance: IEC-62443, segmentation, hardening
• Automation support to FMEA from an automation standpoint
• Ability to define implementation scope/schedule and support OEM delivery and handover

Good to have skills:

• Life Sciences / GMP / CSV exposure (GxP documentation mindset)
• Familiarity with OT/automation program terminology (S88, PLC/SCADA, FAT)
• Invoice / PO / timesheet tracking experience
• JIRA / ServiceNow / MS Project / Smartsheet / Power BI (any)
