Role Overview
The HR Organizational Development Associate Manager will be part of the Organization, Processes, Transformation, Analytics & Workforce team, collaborating with HR functions across continents and other corporate departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance HR reporting and analytics culture, improve processes, initiatives, and analysis.
- Participate in organizational design, sizing, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Manage headcount monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes.
- Contribute to digitalization and transformation projects.
- Support updates to organizational documents and structures.
- Improve HR and company processes.
Requirements
- University Degree in Management, preferably with HR focus.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR/Organization functions.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Proactive, energetic, agile, and team-oriented attitude.
