We are seeking a Organization Specialist .

In this role, within OW's Organization & Internal Consulting Unit, you will be involved in the implementation and execution of the organization across the Group according to the needs of the various business areas and in accordance with the logic underlying the business model; you will also work in close collaboration with other Departments.

Main Activities

  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources
  • Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs and training materials
  • Implementing and updating the organization model and related project activities (job description; skills model; academy implementation; development of organization-related content on the intranet, etc.)
  • Defining, maintaining and tailoring organizations processes as required by the group Business Unit
  • Developing and maintaining management tools, including relevant project methods and templates, fit‑for‑purpose
  • Interviewing executives and senior managers and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives
  • Consulting with other Departments to guide the utilization and development of the model
  • Contributing to the restructuring of Departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
  • Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers and measuring the impact of interventions on efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in Business Management & Organization
  • 1-2 years' experience in change management or in organizational development
  • Demonstrate an understanding of fundamentals of organization design
  • Be fluent in the Italian and English languages
  • Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal, communication skills
  • Attention to detail, quality and deadlines.
