To support our continued development, we are seeking an Organization & Compensation Manager to join Rocktree, based in Genoa, Italy, reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Officer.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness and alignment with global policies
  • Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of the global HR budget in collaboration with regional HR and Finance
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance organizational structure, effectiveness, and employee engagement across the Group
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support performance management, training, and succession planning processes
  • Drive organizational transformation and cultural alignment across subsidiaries
  • Monitor HR and organizational metrics, analyze results, and propose actionable improvement plans


Qualifications For The Role

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design principles and compensation & benefits frameworks
  • Solid understanding of HR budgeting, financial processes, and cost optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics and translate insights into actions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional and global initiatives
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience in M&A projects and HR integration processes is a plus
  • 5–6 years of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, or similar roles
