Organizational Strategy – Job Evaluation & Grading
Organizations today face increasing pressure to ensure transparency, internal equity, and structural clarity. The workforce expects fairness and visibility into career progression. Regulatory developments such as EU Pay Transparency are reshaping how companies design and structure their roles. At the same time, new roles are constantly emerging, and flatter structures mean that clarity in job architecture is more critical than ever.
We support organizations in building robust and future-proof job architectures. We help define job families, career paths, role complexity, and grading structures. Using the Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology, supported by digital tools and platforms, we ensure organizations have consistent, transparent, and defensible frameworks for role evaluation and classification.
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior Consultants will work on project teams with more seasoned practitioners and sales colleagues to deliver job evaluation, grading, and organizational structure solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. This is the core delivery level for consultants who have developed an understanding of and experience in applying structured methodologies and tools to defined client challenges.
Individuals will typically work as part of a team in support of a client and manage themselves and their own contribution to ensure quality and impact. They will receive general direction, with work being reviewed at key project milestones and at project end.
