For our Finance Department, we are seeking an Order to Cash Specialist. In this role, you will support credit management and collections, working closely with other departments to ensure exposure is carefully monitored and processes run smoothly.

Job Requirements
Experience in credit management or collections, preferably in B2B environments or with strategic clients.
Negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving abilities, data analysis skills and strong attention to detail.
Knowledge  of ERP systems (preferably SAP or other billing application interfaced with Salesforce) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Resilience and ability to handle complex or critical situations.
Results-oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach across business functions.
Job Responsibilities

Manage and monitor client portfolios, with a focus on payment trends and credit exposure.

Assess customer creditworthiness and define credit limits in compliance with corporate policies.

Negotiate repayment plans and manage disputes, coordinating with the Legal department for litigation management.

Develop and implement collection strategies and prepare periodic reports on accounts receivable performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process management and workflow for credit-related activities.

Optimize internal Order to Cash (OTC) processes, propose improvements, and drive the digitalization of activities.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit and debt recovery to support strategic business decisions.
