Order Management & Supply Planning Specialist

KNDS Ammo Italy S.P.A. is looking for an Order Management & Supply Planning Specialist

JOB MISSION

The Order Management & Supply Planning Specialist supports the coordination of production and material requirements planning throughout the entire order lifecycle, contributing to the alignment between demand, production capacity, and resource availability. The role contributes to RCCP, S&OP, and S&OE processes, supporting the monitoring of activities in compliance with program timelines, costs, and priorities.

JOB TASKS

• Support the analysis of long‑term production requirements, production capacity, and labor needs through the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) process
• Contribute to the preparation and update of the Production Plan in line with the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, supporting alignment and balance between demand, capacity, and program priorities
• Analyze weekly variances between planned and actual progress for each order and support updates to the production plan within the weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) cycle
• Prepare and maintain the material requirements plan, support MRP runs, and assist in issuing purchase Requests
• Support the monitoring of compliance with production milestones and report potential issues
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Program Management to support the resolution of operational constraints and criticalities

EDUCATION

Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields

EXPERIENCE

3-5 years in production planning, order management, or supply planning, preferably in complex industrial environments

HARD SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of industrial planning processes
• Ability to analyze and balance demand and production capacity
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and planning tools
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
• Data analysis skills and ability to manage planning KPIs
• Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)

• Strong analytical skills and systemic understanding of the end‑to‑end process

• Ability to work in regulated, high‑complexity environments

• Aptitude for cross‑functional coordination and effective communication
