In this role you lead the Local Division Order Handling team to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will implement and refine customer service strategy, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement including AI-based order-entry automation. • Lead and develop the Order Handling team to sustain a high-performance, customer-centric culture


• Ensure end-to-end Order-to-Cash execution for domestic and export markets with compliance and policy adherence


• Build and maintain proactive customer relationships and drive rapid issue resolution


• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation within Order Handling, including AI-based order entry automation


• Collaborate with business counterparts to optimize processes and lead cross-functional initiatives


• Solid experience in Order Handling, Customer Support, or related Order-to-Cash roles


• Proven leadership experience with ability to develop people and foster accountability


• Strong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes (order management, shipping docs, invoicing, transportation, trade, compliance)


• Customer service excellence mindset and track record in dynamic environments


• Effective communication in Italian and English (written and spoken)
