As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer , you will have the opportunity to work for some of our most prestigious clients, contributing to the development of innovative integration solutions within complex and challenging environments.

You will be involved in the design, development and management of integrations between cloud applications and on‑premise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Your goal will be to ensure reliable, high‑performing integrations aligned with business requirements.

Your responsibilities will include: designing and developing new integrations between applications and systems, implementing integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud, managing bug‑fixing and maintenance activities for existing integrations, monitoring performance and proactively improving efficiency and stability.

The working model is hybrid , with possible meetings in Milan , with a focus on the onboarding phase and key project milestones.

You Are the Right Fit If

• You hold a degree in Computer Science or related fields
• You have at least 3 years of project experience on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• You have strong hands‑on experience in creating connections (Adapters), integration configuration, data mapping, performance monitoring, scheduling and authentication configurations (OAuth, tokens)
• You have excellent knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and use Git for version control
• You are fluent in English.
• You demonstrate leadership skills , excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-working mindset and problem-solving attitude

Nice to have

• OracleOIC certifications
• Experience in international projects
• Experience in coordination/lead roles on specific project areas
