Minimum of 12+ years of experience in HCM Cloud areas with strong HR domain expertise in functionalities including Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Talent & Learning
and high-level understanding on other modules like Payroll, Helpdesk, Compensation, Time and Labour etc.
* Should have worked as Oracle HCM Architect or Senior HCM Consultant, helping customer in solution design.
* Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy for HCM applications, including designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures to meet business requirements.
* Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle with at least three end-to-end implementation projects completed.
* Strong knowledge of Data Security within Oracle HCM.
* Experience with integration across various HCM modules (OIC) and third-party applications or tools.
* Familiarity with Redwood adoption for HCM modules and its impact on implementations.
* Experience with BIP and OTBI reports.
* Understanding of HCM Extracts for outbound or third-party interfaces.
* Knowledge of OCI for environment provisioning, upgrade coherence, and security.
* Proficient in HDL & HSDL for HCM business objects.
* Ability to drive architecture and consolidate applications and integrations.
* Lead / strategize HCM activities for customer, including:
- Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
- Reviewing functional design, testing, configuration, integration testing, report validation, and data conversion validation
- Strategize data validation
- Coordinating with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
- Leading technical design sessions for integration
