Oracle Finance Project Consultant – International ERP Program

We are looking for Oracle Finance Project Consultants to support a large-scale international ERP initiative within a structured enterprise environment.



Role Overview

The selected candidates will work as functional consultants on Oracle Finance platforms, contributing to project initiatives in an international and cross-functional environment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support ERP deployments and onboarding of new Operating Units
  • Contribute to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Support regulatory and compliance-related changes
  • Assist during testing phases (SIT/UAT) and go-live activities
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across the full project lifecycle:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Functional analysis and documentation
  • Testing support
  • User training materials
  • Post go-live support


Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in Italian and English
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or strong functional background in Oracle or SAP ERP systems
  • Availability for on-site activities and occasional international travel, if required
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookup functions, advanced formulas)
  • At least 2 years of experience in ERP and/or Finance-related roles


Preferred Experience

  • Oracle Inventory, WIP, and Order Management
  • Project Contracts (OKE), Project Costing, Project Billing
  • End-to-end Order-to-Cash and Project-to-Cash processes
  • Integration between operational and Finance processes


Work Environment

You will join a multinational environment, working closely with Business Units, Finance teams, and IT stakeholders. The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to align business needs with ERP system capabilities.
