Job Title
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant
Location: Italy (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant to join a dynamic and international project environment supporting enterprise customers across Europe and beyond.
This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end Oracle ERP projects, collaborating closely with project managers, functional experts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements across Finance and Accounting processes and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
- Advise customers on implementation, optimization, and enhancement of existing Oracle EBS systems.
- Prepare functional design documentation and detailed specifications for technical teams.
- Support effort estimations and contribute to realistic project planning.
- Act as a functional lead during implementation phases.
- Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to ensure sustainable solution delivery.
- Support pre‑sales activities and provide functional expertise during customer engagements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a value‑driven approach.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an Oracle Consultant, ideally within Oracle E‑Business Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP with a focus on Finance and Accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations and system enhancements.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into structured system solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in collaborative, project‑driven environments.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
