Trova is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for a long term project in Milan.
The focus of the role is supporting an international organisation with a long term support project, with regular onsite presence.
Experience across some of the following modules: Core HR, Goal , Performance , Calibration , Talent Review , Succession , Salary Review .
We do not require experience with all of them, but at least 3 of them above.
This is a client facing position, so we need someone with good communication, able to work onsite regularly, and with good knowledge of English and Italian.
