Optimization products & services Manager

As an Optimization Products & Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data and insights into actionable solutions, enabling more efficient, sustainable, and intelligent industrial operations.
What will you do?
Develop the audit business to deliver state of the art reports which make our customers more sustainable. Reduction of emissions of CO2, energy efficiency, assurance of air quality and reuse of resources are among the main pillars of a more sustainable industrialization.
Audit reports has to deliver state of the art technical information to our customers on order to gain and stay at front of technical expertise for sustainability.
Audit report has to deliver recommendations to improve the energy consumption based on audit reports, using existing and new services & products in the field of Airnet, Air Optimizer, Energy Recovery, Smart Airnet…
Go beyond energy consumption to suggest recovery of energy from the utility room, reduction of water consumption and assurance of air quality.
Outcome of the success of the optimization pillar are the direct results and the consequential business across the CT Business Lines.
Use connectivity as an enabler to develop this business.
Assure the continuous learning of your team to stay tune in all the new technologies and sustainable solutions.
Contribute actively to achieving the divisional targets in terms of organic profitable inclusive growth and customer satisfaction.
Use C4C a single source of truth, make of the CRM the tool to manage the sales process of the department.
Engage your team to achieve the individual and collective targets.
Create a Smartlink culture in the Indirect channel, promoting implementation and utilization to the distributors and end users.
Establish and follow up, fair and ambitious targets, eager to make every of your team members to achieve sales targets.
Encourage your team to embrace the digital transformation; being a promotor of the activities in digital marketing.
Pursue the results aggressively.
Contribute with new ideas to the improvement of the organization.
Keep high curiosity and open‑minded spirit.

What will help you to be successful?
Engineering degree or technical background in the industrial sector
Knowledge of the Italian energy market, regulatory mechanisms and energy market trends for industrial sector
Experience in team management (a plus)
Fluent in Italian and English
Willingness to travel
Able to work with different teams to drive culture change and innovation both externally and internally
