Your Opportunity

As a recent graduate or experienced Optometrist in our Balgowlah store, you will work with world‑class technology including Visual Field Analyzer and Optos UWDRS.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform eye examinations for a broad range of customers, handling various appointment types (e.g., children, contact lenses, therapeutics).
• Confidently recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
• Clearly explain lens technology, communicating features and benefits of lens products to customers, including coatings and extras.
• Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in the use and recommendation of technology to customers.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximise eyecare revenue, including technology, labour efficiencies, and appropriate Medicare billing.
