A protagonist in the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the MANUFACTURING & SUPPLY CHAIN AIRBORNE BUSINESS area of the Electronics Division at the **Campi Bisenzio** office, we are looking for an **operator for the optical treatment laboratory**.The selected individuals will be responsible for ensuring the operation of technological systems for the production of thin-film treatments for optical components, paying particular attention to the cleaning and preparation of optical surfaces and their handling during the processing phases;
specifically, they willbe responsible for the following activities:* ensuring the management and correct operation of the asset aimed at increasing asset utilization* preparation and ordinary maintenance of systems and related registrations;
* using and following technological instructions for the correct execution of thin-film deposition processes;
* preparing the kit (equipment, tools, etc...) necessary for carrying out the technological process;
* ensuring the correctmanagement of material in progress to guarantee the quality of the final product;
* completing the documentation required by the manufacturing data package;
* ensuring the correctmanagement of consumable materials necessary for carrying out the activities;
* using company tools for entering Non-Conformities and for advancing production phases;
* feeding, monitoring and contributing to the resolution of the main problems highlighted by the quality KPIs.**Educational qualification:** Diploma from a Technical Industrial Institute (Mechanical/Mechatronic, Electronic/Electrotechnical, Chemical/Materials)**Required experience level:** Junior (1-2 years)**Technical knowledge and skills*** Knowledge of technical instrumentation (spectrophotometers, microscopes, etc.);
* Knowledge of the main functionalities of industrial plants;
* Basic mechanical skills for performing basic maintenance;
* Basic knowledge of production flows and related management of non-conformities;
* Understanding and knowledge of optical and mechanical drawings;
