About the roleRisors-e Srl Aut. Min. 0000023 is seeking an operator for the RUR waste treatment plant in Castiglione delle Stiviere. The role involves running and maintaining the waste compaction and processing plant.ResponsibilitiesMove waste using mechanical means.Control, refuel and lubricate equipment.Perform minor maintenance and support internal/external specialists during maintenance interventions.Operate plant controls and clean systems.Carry out manual waste selection.Take in-feed and process sample matrices.Accept waste, checking the completeness and correctness of the paperwork and weighing the waste.Minimum QualificationsExperience operating industrial plants in waste, agro-food, livestock, chemical or similar sectors.Excellent knowledge of Italian language.Basic mechanical competence.Preferred QualificationsLicense for operating mechanical handling vehicles.Location & Working ConditionsWorkplace: Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN).Work hours: Full time, day and night shifts, Monday to Friday.Contract: Fixed-term, 01/09/2026 to 31/12/2026 with possible extension.Salary: €25–35k (gross), plus company welfare, company cafeteria, and production bonus.Equal OpportunityRisors-e Srl guarantees equal opportunity to all candidates and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
