Aprile SpA, a global freight forwarding company headquartered in Genoa with over 40 offices worldwide, is looking for an Operativo Aereo & Customer Service to join the operations team at our Genoa branch. This role involves managing air export shipments and providing customer support throughout the entire logistics process.


Key responsibilities

• Manage and organize air shipments

• Maintain direct communication with clients, agents and overseas partners

• Support clients throughout the shipping process


Candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Air Freight Operator from international freight forwarding companies

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service

• Good written and spoken English

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work toward goals

• Flexible, proactive and with strong interpersonal skills
