The Opportunity Support the operations at the Italian Hub in Turin, playing a key role in the sales and after-sales processes. Design Office / After-Sales Service (SAV)

• Provide technical support to the sales team on operational matters.
• Customize solar lighting projects and draft technical documentation.
• Perform after-sales interventions, such as battery or PV replacements at height.
• Attend client meetings and participate in training workshops organized by Fonroche in Italy.
• Train installers on the installation of Fonroche solar streetlights.

What You Can Bring To Us

• +2 year of working experience.
• Technical or Bachelor degree in Renewable Energies, Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• You interest in learning how to dimension projects - photometric studies.
• You will use our ERP SAGE software for stock management.
• Your interest in warehouse management and control a lift platform.
• Communication skills (oral and written) in Italian and English.

About Onboarding for the position will be through our customized internal program. You will be supported in your role for about 2 weeks through three key stages:

• Technical discovery of the products and processes,
