On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Florence:


OPERATIONS TEAM MANAGER/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND / FLORENCE

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations (goods receiving, stock management, replenishment, cash handling)
  • Lead, coach, and schedule the operations team to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor operational KPIs (stock accuracy, shrinkage, productivity, replenishment timing)
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and legal regulations
  • Optimize stock flow between stockroom and sales floor
  • Support visual merchandising to ensure proper product presentation
  • Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Manage stock counts, inventories, and internal audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure a high level of customer service through efficient store operations


The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Fluent spoken English and Italian
  • At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands
  • Business driven and detailed oriented
  • Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
  • Confident, enthusiastic and positive
  • Problem solving
