Operations Support Officer

We are looking for a new colleague to join our DNV Business Assurance team in Italy. The aim of the role is to support Commercial & Planning Processes.
The main tasks will include:
- Keeping high data quality in the internal CRM system
- Evaluation of existing contracts/projects
- Maintenance of existing client portfolio
- Audit Planning & Scheduling
- Analyze the assigned portfolio and organize its scheduling considering the potential critical issues of the projects ( scheme, capacity, duration, localization) and taking into consideration the accreditation / ICP scheduling rules, prioritizing with enough anticipation to secure the portfolio.
- Allocate qualified auditors (both employees and subcontractors) to certification projects, ensuring each auditor’s qualification and competencies match scheme requirements, taking into consideration travel time, employee utilization targets and subcontractors capacity.
- Maintain an adequate level of communication between auditors, customer and, where present, project manager, to ensure that all necessary information to perform the audit at best is taken into account.
- Keep the scheduling systems updated with accurate information on audit schemes, codes, client details, and any changes
- Managing relationship with clients

- Fluent in Italian and Croatian – both written and verbal
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal
- Working proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative, as well as a part of a team
- Proactive and positive approach
- Availability to travel in Italy and occasionally abroad
