The Role

We are looking for a former consultant (or a similar profile) who is willing to get their hands dirty and build the processes that will manage thousands of apartments across Italy.

We are looking for a process architect. You will work side by side with the COO to eliminate inefficiencies and scale operations without linearly increasing headcount.

What You’ll Do

• Process Engineering: Map the post-acquisition funnel (from booking to check-out) and identify where we lose time or margin.
• Customer Experience Ownership: Design and build an experience that is consistently 10x better than existing alternatives, setting a new benchmark for how property management should feel for both landlords and tenants
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate with operations function managers using data-driven insights and optimized workflows.
• Automation & Tools: Implement and optimize the tech stack (Ai and automations) to reduce manual tasks to ZERO. Enable a model where people focus on high-value, human interactions with customers, while the underlying operations run 100% automatically in the background.
• Scalability Planning: If volumes double tomorrow, you already have a plan in place to ensure the organization can absorb the impact.

Who You Are

• Background: 2–3 years in a consulting firm or in BizOps / Operations roles within a high-growth scale-up.
• Analytical Mindset: If you can’t measure it, it doesn’t exist. Excel is your native language, but you know how to turn numbers into concrete actions.
• Startup Pragmatism: We’re not looking for observers, but for problem solvers.
• Location: Our office is located in the Duomo area, Milan.
• Languages : Full professional proficiency in Italian (to create local content) and English (for internal communication and strategy)
