We’re currently seeking talented professionals to join our team in Milan or Perugia:

Operations Specialist

You will:

· Manage bookings, supplier relations, and all operational procedures, ensuring smooth execution of client travel arrangements

· Monitor deadlines and handle administrative tasks related to each booking

· Support the team with accurate documentation and operational follow-up

· Contribute to process optimization and problem-solving in daily operations

You are:

· Experienced (1+ year) in operations at a tour operator, travel agency, or tour organizer

· Detail-oriented, highly organized, capable of handling heavy workloads with a problem-solving mindset and able to work independently while meeting assigned deadlines and goals

· Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

· Tech-savvy, with professional knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and itinerary-building tools
