MAXI Mobility is building the operating layer for professional electric mobility. We run one of Italy's largest all-electric fleets dedicated to professional drivers — taxi and NCC operators — and we are turning what is today a fragmented, painful experience into a single platform. Charging networks, telematics, tyres, insurance, maintenance, energy: for a professional driver these are ten different apps, ten different contracts and ten different phone numbers. We are collapsing them into one. We are doing it as a

Società Benefit , because the outcome we care about is measurable: every professional driver we move to electric removes a high-mileage combustion vehicle from a European city centre. A taxi does in one year the mileage a private car does in five. This is the single highest-leverage segment in urban decarbonisation, and almost nobody is serving it properly. OurIT

platform — currently in development and co-funded by the Italian Ministry of Enterprise through the Smart & Start Italia programme — aggregates charging point operators, fleet telematics, tyre and maintenance partners and insurance workflows behind a single interface for the driver and a single control tower for our operations team. We work alongside partners including Iplanet, Atlante, Ionity, 2hire, Pirelli and Ufodrive. We are a small team. This role is one of the first hires after the founders. The role

You will be the operational and technical backbone of our fleet. Two things sit on your desk. First, the platforms : you will own day-to-day access, configuration and monitoring across every provider portal we aggregate — charging networks, telematics, tyre management, partner back-offices. Second, the drivers : you will be the human our drivers reach when something needs to happen, and you will make sure it happens. Most companies split these two jobs. We deliberately do not. The person who reads the consumption data is the person who knows which driver is struggling and why — and that feedback loop is the product. You will also be the first structured operational voice inside the company. What you build — the processes, the escalation paths, the reporting — becomes how MAXI runs as we scale to new cities. What you will do

-Own administrative access, user provisioning and configuration across all charging provider platforms (CPO back-offices, roaming and MSP portals) and partner systems including 2hire telematics, Pirelli tyre management and Ufodrive fleet tooling. -Monitor energy consumption, charging sessions, session failures and cost per kWh across the fleet; build and maintain the operational reporting that management and investors rely on. -Run first-level technical troubleshooting on charging and telematics issues: failed sessions, RFID and token problems, vehicle connectivity, remote commands. Escalate to providers and follow through to resolution. -Reconcile charging and telematics data against invoicing, and flag anomalies before they become disputes. -Work directly with our development partners on the MSP platform: define operational requirements, test new releases, validate integrations, report bugs with the detail an engineer can actually use. -Maintain the operational documentation and knowledge base as we onboard each new provider. Driver & customer operations (the human side)

-Act as the single point of contact for our professional drivers — responsive, practical, in Italian and in English. -Manage traffic fines end to end: receipt, driver notification, attribution, deadlines, disputes. -Coordinate scheduled servicing with dealerships and workshops: booking, courtesy vehicles, driver communication, minimising downtime. -Manage insurance workflows for accidents and extraordinary maintenance, from first report through to settlement, working with brokers and repairers. -Manage tyre approval and replacement flows with Pirelli, including authorisation and fitting logistics. -Own the notification layer: what drivers need to know, when, and through which channel. What we are looking for

-5 years in vehicle rental, long-term leasing, fleet management or e-mobility operations . This is the part we will not compromise on: you need to already know how a fleet actually behaves. -Demonstrable comfort with operational software platforms — fleet management systems, telematics portals, CPMS or CPO back-offices, ticketing tools, CRM. You do not need to be an engineer. You need to be the person who learns a new back-office in a week and then teaches everyone else. -Strong spreadsheet and data skills; you can take a raw export and turn it into an answer. - Fluent English and fluent Italian , both spoken and written. You will deal with Italian drivers and international partners in the same afternoon. -Genuine service orientation. Our drivers earn their living in these vehicles; when something breaks, it is not an inconvenience, it is their income. -Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, willing to define the process rather than wait for one. Nice to have

-Familiarity with e-mobility protocols (OCPP, OCPI, OICP) or willingness to learn them properly. -Experience with BI or reporting tools or with ticketing platforms (Jira, Zendesk, HubSpot). -Basic scripting, no-code automation or API literacy — enough to stop doing something manually twice. -Exposure to insurance claims, fleet compliance or Italian traffic-fine administration. -Knowledge of the taxi and NCC segment. What we offer

- Equity participation. You are joining early and you will be treated as such. -A key position with an unusually wide perimeter — you will touch operations, technology, partners and customers in the same week, and you will have real authority over how each of them works. - Direct exposure to the founders and to our partners across the automotive, energy and mobility industries. -A clear growth path toward Head of Operations as the fleet and the platform scale to new cities. -Competitive package benchmarked against the Italian e-mobility and fleet market, reviewed as the company grows. -Hybrid working from Milan, Rome with the flexibility a small serious team needs.
