Responsibilities

• You jump start our Italian operations, develop operational excellence and scale our processes across the country
• You lead our expansion into the Italian market and build Italy’s largest business for solar PV installations and affiliated technologies
• You are responsible for growing and managing our business as well as representing Enpal internally and externally
• You are in direct contact and work in close collaboration with Enpal’s C-Level
• Together with our global HQ in Berlin you analyze the country specific industry requirements as well as the competitive landscape and the regulatory framework
• You report on all key metrics to the relevant executives in our global HQ in Berlin
• You monitor all relevant KPIs to create forecasts and business cases and support in developing better scalable systems and processes
• You are responsible for hiring and developing a winning team that embodies our Enpal DNA, as well as the Italian values

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years professional experience with at least 3 years in an executive position of a fast growing startup / scale-up / multinational - Previous experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital is benefitial
• Exceptional and inspirational leadership skills with the ability to build a 1000+ people organization within 24 months
• Proven ability to effectively motivate, develop and manage a high performing team in a high-growth environment
• Proven track record of successfully scaling a complex business as part of the executive team
• Excitement to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the solar industry is beneficial
• Fluency in Italian and English (German is a plus)
