Responsibilities
- Daily operations management: ensure that daily departures align with network planning definitions and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Authorization management: manage authorization processes and maintain follow‑up procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Stakeholder relationships: establish and maintain effective relationships with authorities, operational partners, and suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve issues.
- Partner support: act as the main point of contact for bus and door‑to‑gate partners.
- Quality control: work closely with Customer Service to monitor the quality of service provided by partners and identify areas for improvement.
- Performance analysis: analyze on‑time performance and partner efficiency, proposing action plans and defining KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Service continuity: implement measures to prevent service disruptions, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
- Onboarding coordination: organise and lead the onboarding process for new operational partners, ensuring seamless integration into the network.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement action plans.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in using technologies and software relevant to operations management.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Required Languages
- Italian : Read C2, Write C2, Speak C2.
- English : Read C1, Write C1, Speak C1.
