Position: Operations Manager
Salary: Up to €70,000 plus bonus + benefits
Location: Milano, Italy
This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a market leading company and lead the store teams to increase footfall, deliver exceptional customer service, maximise enquiry conversion, and maintain high standards to drive sales growth and meet targets.
You will be able to contribute to the company’s success by inspiring and developing the team through effective leadership, recruitment, coaching, and training.
About you
- Exceptional oral communication, decision-making, and performance management skills.
- Highly proficient in training and development, planning and prioritising, customer service, and team unification.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities, with effective communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the capacity to improve processes.
- Independent working abilities while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service and record-keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets, with fluency in Italian and English
- (additional European languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business applications.

- Implement strategies at the to achieve performance targets.
- Analyse activities to develop actionable plans for stores, sites, and teams.
- Ensure the execution and monitoring of action plans across the stores.
- Ensure teams are fully staffed and effectively integrated.
- Boost team efficiency through targeted training and coaching programs.
- Adapt team performance to meet operational requirements.
- Celebrate successes and address underperformance or misconduct appropriately.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service.
- Promote a culture of simplicity to achieve greater efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures regarding safety, hygiene, and processes.
- Reviews store audits thoroughly and agrees action plans with the Store Manager to ensure continued improvement.
