Descrizione dell'offerta
From day one at Unobravo, we’ve been on a mission to make mental health support truly accessible to everyone by normalizing therapy, fostering openness, and breaking down the stigma that still surrounds it.
Our success is driven by an exceptional team dedicated to providing high‑quality, accessible care, anytime, anywhere. With over 9,000 qualified therapists and more than 7 million therapy sessions delivered , we’re proud to have made a meaningful difference in countless lives.
This is an opportunity to drive the growth of our corporate mental health solutions and scale Unobravo’s impact in the world of work.
We’re seeking someone bold, commercially sharp, and impact‑driven, ready to fuel our international expansion through strong partnerships with companies.
We are looking for an Operations Lead that will drive the operational excellence behind therapist education and success, building and maintaining the programs, workflows, and support structures that enable our therapists to grow continuously and deliver high‑quality care at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and assess therapists' education and clinical support needs, translating insights into concrete initiatives that drive meaningful impact on therapist outcomes and experience.
- Monitor daily operational performance through dedicated dashboards, defining and maintaining thresholds, managing issues as they arise and leading root‑cause analyses to implement lasting preventive improvements.
- Collaborate with the Clinical members and psychologist community to design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with both clinical relevance and market demand.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute courses end‑to‑end, maintaining an updated activity calendar and overseeing registration, reporting, and secretariat operations.
- Oversee the full accreditation lifecycle for educational programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and acting as primary liaison with external agencies and vendors.
- Drive the initiation and execution of new projects to enhance the educational offer for psychologists, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Not everyone checks every box, and that’s okay. If this role inspires you and you’re passionate about making an impact in our mission, we’d love to hear from you.
Must Have
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations, or Program Management, ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑volume scale‑up or a prominent consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Management, Economics, or related field); Master’s preferred.
- Analytical and structured problem‑solver, with hands‑on experience in root‑cause analysis and driving process improvements in high‑variability environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing diverse stakeholder relationships, including external partners and clients.
- High ownership mindset, proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating with autonomy in ambiguous, fast‑moving contexts.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes, standards, and regulations governing healthcare or professional education programs is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in project management roles or operational roles within the education industry.
