Operations & IT Infrastructure Junior Manager (Crypto/DC & Internal IT)

About us: Top end renewable energy developer/investor expanding into crypto-mining and data centres.

What you’ll do

• Own our small office/server + SaaS: identity/SSO, endpoints, backups, security, networks.
• Build and run a 200–1000 kW pilot mining site (power, cooling, racks, monitoring, firmware, RMAs).
• Create SOPs/runbooks, dashboards, and on-call procedures; manage vendors and budgets.
• Help design phase-2 data-centre capacity (racks, UPS/N+1, containment, PUE baseline).

You bring

• Excellent Computer Science Degree and passion to remain at the forefront.
• 1–4 yrs in sysadmin/DevOps/helpdesk or electrical/IT ops; strong Linux + basic networking.
• Hands-on with Windows/macOS endpoints, MDM, and either Entra ID/Azure AD or Google Admin.
• Scripting (bash/python), Git; comfort with physical install work (racks, PDUs, cabling).
• Italian & English; documentation habit; safety mindset.

Nice to have

• Prometheus/Grafana, NetBox/Snipe-IT, pfSense/OPNsense, IPMI/Redfish; any mining/home-lab/DC exposure.
