Operations Growth Intern

The Operations Growth Intern will join the Operations function and will work closely with the Operations Growth Manager, supporting the acquisition and integration of new renewable assets. Joining our Operations Growth team, you will assist with technical assessments, documentation review, and digital workflows that ensure renewable assets transition smoothly into operational management. The Operations Growth Intern will collaborate with advisors and internal teams to understand how technical due diligence and data room documentation shape the success of new asset acquisitions.

During the internship, the Operations Growth Intern will support technical due diligence activities - including reviewing technical reports, joining site visits when required, and preparing clear reports with photos to highlight defects, risks, and improvement opportunities. You will work with Legal, Engineering, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to review construction, permitting, and operational documentation, contribute to yield and performance checks, and support the preparation of investment materials with the investment manager and other teams. The role plays a key part in facilitating the handover of newly acquired renewable assets, ensuring information is properly organized and transferred using digital tools that improve communication and operational readiness.

Desirable skills:

• Foundational understanding of engineering principles with strong interest in renewable energy
• Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative working relationships
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Italian
• Experience using or developing digital tools or workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity
• Curious, proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative
