Job Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for the daily operations and project delivery of overseas renewable energy electrical business, ensuring efficient and compliant execution.

• Lead the operations team, optimize processes, including supply chain coordination, resource allocation, risk management, and application of digital tools.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of renewable energy electrical projects in overseas markets, from planning and technical support to implementation and delivery, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

• Track and improve operational performance KPIs (e.g., project delivery rate, system efficiency, cost control).

• Handle local compliance matters in overseas regions, including energy regulations, environmental standards, and grid connection coordination.

• Collaborate closely with the Group COO, regularly reporting on operational progress, performance indicators, and strategic optimization recommendations.

• Promote the implementation of best practices in the renewable energy electrical industry, focusing on trends such as smart grids and energy storage integration.

• Provide full-cycle operational support, including system monitoring (SCADA), performance optimization, and operations & maintenance plan development.


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Renewable Energy, or related fields; PMP or MBA certification preferred.

• 10-15+ years of experience in the renewable energy electrical industry, with at least 5-8 years of operations management experience in overseas markets.

• Possess comprehensive operational leadership experience, having been responsible for core overseas business operations management, with a managed team size of over 100 people.

• Familiar with the full process management of renewable energy electrical systems, including:

• Project planning, feasibility assessment, site selection, and permit acquisition.

• Equipment procurement, on-site supervision, progress and quality control during the implementation phase.

• Grid connection commissioning, performance verification, and establishment of operations & maintenance systems.

• Experience with distributed or large-scale electrical systems is acceptable; priority given to those with energy storage system integration experience.

• Proficient in operational management tools such as ERP and SCADA.

• Excellent leadership, cross-functional coordination skills, and strategic thinking, with the ability to adapt to frequent global travel and on-site work.
