Access Italy is a luxury destination management company operating throughout Italy. We plan and execute luxury travel experiences for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate travel‑related data within operational systems.
  • Coordinate and manage suppliers (drivers, guides, service providers) to ensure services are confirmed, updated, and delivered as planned.
  • Proactively handle operational changes, delays, cancellations and emergencies, coordinating timely solutions with suppliers.
  • Negotiate and arrange adjustments or alternative services, maintaining service quality standards.
  • Manage extra services, special requests and restaurant reservations from an operational and logistical perspective.
  • Handle ticket purchasing and related operational logistics.
  • Act as a key operational point of contact between internal teams and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Guest Experience and Reservations teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support and guide junior team members on operational processes and best practices.
  • Contribute to the optimization of operational workflows and systems usage.
  • Participate in trainings and internal knowledge sharing to strengthen operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • BA or Master’s degree in Tourism with solid experience in travel operations.
  • Strong knowledge of destination services, suppliers and logistics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Curious and eager to continuously improve knowledge of Access Italy and its destinations.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with technology and operational systems, able to adapt quickly to new tools.
