Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA. Collaborate with the other Department Leader to provide quick support to the organization to evaluate the impact, solve the issues, detail them accurately and identify the appropriate corrective actions. Challenge the status quo through the increasingly in-depth use of all the data collected by the available systems in order to make holistic analyses during the investigations that help to have an end-to-end understanding of the shop-floor issues. Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes. Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems. Contribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective / preventive actions from the investigations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, reducing waste, and supporting productivity enhancement activities. Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence projects to improve equipment availability, setup performance, and overall operational effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process simplification, reliability improvement, and waste elimination. Key Responsibilities

University Degree - Scientific field (Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF or other equivalent). Previous working experience in a pharmaceutical production plant. Ability in problem-solving and decision-making technique. Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required. Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point. Proficiency in English required. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SAP. Process Monitoring software considered preferred. Usage of Minitab, PI-Processbook, Power BI considered a nice-to-have. Anticipated base pay range:
€29,800.00 - €48,530.00 Benefits
