We develop, operate and manage renewable energy assets — including wind, solar and hydropower — across 14 European markets.
As we continue to grow our renewable operations, we are strengthening our Operations & Maintenance team at our Udine office and are looking for passionate professionals to help ensure the reliable performance and optimisation of our diverse plant portfolio.
As an O&M Engineer / Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of renewable energy assets, including wind, solar and hydro powerplants.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination of activities and providing technical support in the development, construction, and maintenance of projects (hydro, wind and solar powerplants)
- Monitoring the operation of the production units within portfolio
- Organisation and execution of technical inspections and condition assessments of production units
- Collaboration on integrating new facilities into operational processes
- Finding, coordinating, and implementing technical and technological solutions
- Preparing technical requirements in the processes of ordering equipment and services related to the planning, construction, and maintenance of production units
- Participating in the acquisition or procurement of new projects
- Organisation and execution of factory and site acceptance testing, commissioning, and further tests during trial run period
- Operational management in emergencies and crises, including appropriate accessibility
- Responsibility to comply with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)
- Support in the further development of internal group standards for operations and maintenance
Your key attributes and qualifications:
- Degree in technical studies (preferred university degree in electrical engineering or similar field) with relevant professional experience or technical school with 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge and experience in emergency and crisis management is desired
- Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and ability to manage different stakeholders
- Conscientiousness, accuracy, reliability and a high sense of responsibility
- Team player with strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Driving license, willingness to travel (2 days per week)
- Experience in international environments is desired
