As we accelerate through a strong global growth phase, we are strengthening our team and seeking a motivated intern or recent graduate in Management Engineering or Economics to join our Operations Department ideal for completing a thesis or gaining meaningful professional experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations department.
- Analyze and monitor operational data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify and assess non‑conformities, risks, and operational issues.
- Prepare reports and deliver insights that guide business decision‑making.
- Travel between Alpinestars facilities to assist with operational activities.
- Contribute to digitalization projects as required.
Requirements:
- Enrolled student who graduated in Management Engineering or Economics.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- A proactive attitude coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
