Job Description

Within the Manufacturing Program Management organizational unit of the Electronics Division, we are looking for an Operational Program Manager (OPM) for our La Spezia office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage supply chain and production activities at the IPT and program level.
  • Verify the progress of production activities, keeping them within planned times and costs.
  • Report any programming and budget issues to the PM.
  • Schedule and manage acceptance activities with the PMs.
  • Communicate additional requests and requirements from IPTs to production.
  • Verify compliance with contractual milestones.

Education

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

Junior Profile : 1-3 years of experience.

Technical/IT knowledge and skills

  • SAP

Language skills

Other

The ideal candidate offers their availability to carry out work mainly at the office and to undertake short/medium‑term business trips, after adequate on‑the‑job training, in Italy and/or abroad.

Selection process

Following the collection of applications, CVs that are most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified. Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and attitudinal, followed by a technical in‑depth interview with the Business. At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.
