Role Description
As an Operational Maritime Export Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end export operations and managing a team to ensure smooth workflow processes. This full-time, on-site role, based in Ravenna, involves coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, and maintaining high-quality customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency while mentoring and supporting team members to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Operations Management
- Proven experience in Team Leadership with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, including effective communication and relationship management
- Ability to analyze operational data, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize workflows
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, and general knowledge of the maritime export industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English;
knowledge of Italian orother languages is a plus - Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Ravenna
