In this role, you lead the OT Digital & Data team to drive the site’s digital transformation and raise performance. You define the digital roadmap and steer its delivery with key stakeholders, while managing the OT and digital project budgets. You ensure compliance with Health Authority guidelines and support inspections as the subject-matter expert. You bridge strategy and shopfloor operations to foster digital adoption and shape future ways of working through change management and a focus on quality. Responsabilità

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 5+ years in specialized Digital or OT leadership roles
• Proven ability to manage teams in multicultural environments
• Expert in Industry 4.0, connectivity solutions, and IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and project management
• Fluent in Italian and English with impactful communication skills
• Goal-oriented with emphasis on HA compliance and quality
