The new resource will be part of the Quality department at our production plant in Luzzara (RE).
Reporting directly to the Plant Qualiy Manager, the Operation Quality Manager will be responsible for defining, reviewing and verifying all necessary procedures and policies to ensure the compliance of our products and processes with applicable legal regulations and requirements, in particular within the scope of the CE Declaration of Conformity.

Responsabilità e Requisiti
Key Responsibilities:
- You hold disciplinary responsibility for the assigned Quality Engineers and their teams, consisting of line quality representatives, inspection planners, auditors, and operational supplier quality engineers.
- You are authorized to stop shipments in the event of non‑conformities or series defects and moderate and coordinate the highest escalation level for analysis and problem resolution within the plant for quality‑related issues.
- In close cooperation with Production and Work Preparation, you drive strategic quality planning. This includes the development of quality objectives, definition of inspection content, as well as the training and auditing of inspection personnel.
- You are responsible for the planning and execution of product and shipment audits, with the objective of monitoring and optimizing processes that contribute to quality assurance.
- Another key aspect of your role is the initiation and leadership of quality review meetings, in which you analyze the current quality status and initiate measures for continuous process improvement.
- You and your team play an active role in cross‑departmental problem‑solving and continuous improvement processes and report in regular shopfloor management meetings along the entire value chain—from manufacturing and pre‑assembly of major components, through assembly lines, to final vehicle delivery.
- In the event of complaints or deviations related to supplied parts, your team is responsible for establishing initial contact with the supplier, agreeing on immediate containment actions, and verifying the conformity of provided parts at the production line
- Your extensive experience and expertise will make a significant contribution to maintaining and continuously improving the highest level of product quality
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Several years of experience in quality management within a mechanical engineering or manufacturing environment, enabling you to successfully handle the demanding responsibilities of this role.
- Proven leadership experience, allowing you to disciplinarily lead, develop, and motivate teams of Quality Engineers and quality experts.
- A completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, providing a solid foundation for your professional activities.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, as you will operate in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally in order to effectively coordinate and oversee quality assurance activities.
