Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in the Florence, Italy Metropolitan Area. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, such as accounting, order in and out, management assistant and addressing any operational issues. They will also be tasked with analyzing operational processes, communicating effectively with team members, and ensuring the highest standards of service and product quality are maintained.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven Operations Management skills
- Excellent skills on excel and operation software
- Ability to work on-site in the Florence, Italy Metropolitan Area
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the retail or food industry is a plus
