TBO.COM - a global travel-tech organization is looking for an experienced Operation Excutive - Customer Service to join our international remote-team. The ideal candidate has high verbal, writing and communication working skills in Italian, English , and any additional languages is a plus!


We're looking for an independent, self-motivated persona, and specifically had an experience handling FIT bookings for hotels and/or an equivalent experience in travel.


**The working schedule is on shifts that includes shifts over weekends and max of 5 working days per week**


Job description:

  • Operational handling of online reservations system.
  • Handling bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems.
  • Receiving incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations.
  • Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using out-going call to find best resolutions.
  • Handling complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders at once.
  • Operating few online systems at once, providing service to travel agents (B2B only)
  • Responsible to solve operational and administration cases/tasks from A-Z within SLA.


Qualifications :

  • Previous background in Travel industry is a must (Minimum 3 years' experience in similar position)
  • Ability to work shifts incl evning and weekends as part of the 5 shifts.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures
  • Ability to work as Independent Consultant (VAT) is a plus
