Responsibilities
Manage a team with different verticals, including Learning & Development, Internal Communication and Employer Branding
Creation of annual strategy according to company vision and business needs
Adaptation of European HQ guidelines
Design of L&D projects according to the country’s needs
Design and provide a Talent Development strategy as point of connection among HR functions
Design of an Employer Branding strategy and fruitful relationships with the stakeholders
Deployment of a solid company communication strategy on LinkedIn
Planning of a solid internal Communication to both Retail and Corporate population
Design well-being initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement
Coordination of all educational actions and messages to the employees (provide coherence)
Organization of motivating events and activities together with HRBP
Management of department budget
Guarantee of continuous innovation in the HR approach
Negotiation between other departments’ needs and sustainability of the actions proposed
Be an ambassador of the company values and culture
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding, or similar role
English fluency
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
High organizational skills (complex planning and priority management)
High cooperative skills and effective knowledge of different stakeholder to share information
Good organizational awareness
Positive attitude towards change management
